Introduction and Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "T&C", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and bdk3 ("bdk3", "we", "us", "our") governing access to and use of the bdk3 website, mobile browser platform, sportsbook, casino games, and all associated services (collectively, "the Platform"). These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of how they access it.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. bdk3 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document published on the Platform, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

1. Eligibility and Jurisdiction

To register and use a bdk3 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times. bdk3 will conduct verification checks and may request supporting documentation at any point during your account relationship with us.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is absolute and applies to all players without exception.
• You must be the legal account holder of the payment method you use for deposits and withdrawals on the Platform.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of bdk3 or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering your account and must keep this information up to date at all times.

bdk3 reserves the right to require age and identity verification at any time and to close or suspend accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Any winnings accrued on an ineligible account may be forfeited pending investigation.

2. Account Registration and Security

Each individual may open only one bdk3 account. bdk3 uses your registered mobile number as your primary account identifier. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

• You must not share your account login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted using your credentials is deemed to be your own activity.
• You must notify bdk3 customer support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• bdk3 reserves the right to suspend or close duplicate accounts. In such cases, the balance held in any duplicate account may be voided.
• KYC verification is required before processing any withdrawal from your bdk3 account. bdk3 may request copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, or payment method documentation.
• All account information must be accurate, complete and kept current. Providing false or misleading information at registration or during verification is grounds for immediate account closure without return of funds.

bdk3 employs SSL encryption on all login sessions and account pages. Players are advised to use a unique password not shared with any other service, and to avoid logging in to bdk3 from shared or public devices. bdk3 will never contact you by phone or email to ask for your account password.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

bdk3 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. bdk3 does not charge deposit fees, although your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. Requests to withdraw funds will not be processed until identity verification is satisfactorily completed.
• bdk3 will only process withdrawals to a payment method that belongs to the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• bdk3 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of compliance checks, fraud investigations, or resolution of disputed bets.
• Any funds deposited to your bdk3 account using a payment method that you do not own, or through fraudulent means, may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

bdk3 will endeavour to process approved withdrawal requests within one business day. Actual arrival times depend on your payment provider. bKash and Nagad withdrawals typically complete within five minutes of approval during normal operating hours.

4. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

bdk3 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer and to the general conditions set out in this section. Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be converted to cash until wagering requirements are fully met.

• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements (rollover requirements) which must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover for each offer is stated in the offer terms.
• bdk3 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being claimed by the player, without prior notice.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player. Players who create multiple accounts to claim more than one welcome bonus will have all accounts closed and all bonus funds forfeited.
• Bonuses credited as a result of suspected fraudulent activity, system error, or any breach of these Terms may be cancelled and any resulting winnings may be voided and withheld.
• Free spins awarded as part of a bonus offer will expire if not used within the time period specified in the individual offer terms. Expired free spins cannot be reinstated.

bdk3 does not guarantee the continued availability of any bonus programme and may modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus will be permitted to complete wagering requirements on that bonus following any such change.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

bdk3 operates a sportsbook and casino platform covering sports betting, live dealer casino games, RNG slots, and crash game titles. The following rules govern all betting and gaming activity on the Platform.

• All bets placed on the bdk3 platform are final once confirmed. bdk3 may void bets affected by system errors, data feed failures, or events that render a market void under applicable sporting rules.
• bdk3 sets maximum stake and payout limits per market and per player. These limits may vary by event type, market, and account tier and are subject to change without notice.
• RNG casino games use certified random number generators audited for fairness. bdk3 does not guarantee any particular outcome or return-to-player percentage for any individual game session.
• Live casino games are operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. bdk3 is not responsible for interruptions to live game feeds caused by third-party provider outages, but will work to resolve such issues promptly.
• Any attempt to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain on the Platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdk3 Platform. bdk3 reserves the right to suspend, close, or permanently ban any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to void all bets placed and forfeit all funds held in any such account.

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Collusion with other players, match fixing, or any form of coordinated activity designed to manipulate betting outcomes or gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Money laundering, using the Platform to process the proceeds of crime, or any other activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws and regulations.
• Opening or operating multiple bdk3 accounts, whether under your own identity or a false identity, for any purpose including bonus farming, circumventing account restrictions, or evading a self-exclusion.
• Any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward bdk3 staff or other players, whether through customer support channels, in-game chat features, or any other medium.

bdk3 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies. Where bdk3 identifies or suspects activity that constitutes a criminal offence, it will report such activity to the appropriate authorities and take all necessary steps to preserve relevant evidence.

7. Responsible Gaming and Age Verification

bdk3 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. All gaming and betting services on the Platform are strictly available to adults aged 21 and above only. bdk3 operates age verification procedures and may request documentary evidence of age at any time.

bdk3 provides the following responsible gaming tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. Players may access these tools through their account settings or by contacting customer support.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdk3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failure, even if bdk3 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall bdk3's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdk3 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bdk3 does not warrant that any information displayed on the Platform, including odds, scores, or statistics, is accurate or complete at all times.

9. Amendments to These Terms

bdk3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason. The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible on the bdk3 website. Where changes are material, bdk3 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform or by notifying registered players via their registered contact details.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately and may contact bdk3 customer support to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance subject to these Terms.
